Questions, corrections, and product submissions

We're a small editorial team. We read every message but can't respond to everyone - corrections and product submissions get priority.

General Inquiries

For questions about our content, recommendations, or the site in general, email hello@plungedepth.com. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Response times may be longer during publishing periods.

Corrections

Getting things right matters to us. If you spot a factual error in any of our articles - an incorrect spec, an outdated price, a misattributed claim - please email us with:

  • The URL of the article containing the error
  • The specific claim you believe is incorrect
  • A source or reference that supports the correction

We review and correct factual errors within 7 days of receiving a valid correction. Articles are updated with a note indicating the correction date. We don't quietly revise errors without acknowledging them.

Product Submissions

Brands and manufacturers can submit products for editorial consideration at hello@plungedepth.com with the subject line "Product Submission." Please include the product name, where it can be purchased, a brief spec sheet, and your contact information.

A few things to know before submitting:

  • We evaluate submissions based on relevance to our editorial focus and whether we have the bandwidth to test thoroughly
  • Submission does not guarantee coverage or a positive review
  • We do not charge for reviews and we do not accept payment to influence coverage
  • Do not send unsolicited physical products - contact us first to confirm interest

We cannot process every submission, and we prioritize products where independent hands-on testing would genuinely serve our readers.
